Lifespan Test from Anti-Aging Guru
You work out, you eat well (I know this because you're reading this blog!), and you probably take health supplements. Want to find out what this means in terms of your longevity? Take the free online Lifespan Test. It's a 19-question test developed by Dr. Ronald Klatz, considered by many to be the "Guru of Anti-Aging Medicine." The test estimates your own lifespan based on personal and medical details.
In separate section on the site, you can see how imminent technological and medical advances (stem cell therapy, gene therapy, etc.) can extend your life even longer.
It was interesting to note, according to the model, that wheat/soya reduces your lifespan as does consuming cow's milk. (I'm sure the cow's milk factored was pasteurized milk not raw milk.) A long-term relationship also increases your longevity.
Just go to the personal details section on the left-hand side. Adjust the sliders to reflect your own personal medical status and history and a lifespan will be reported at the top.
My life expectancy came to 101 without the Superlongevity Factors, but increased to 177 based on all the factors being activated within the suggested time frames. Fascinating stuff.
